Nourish MonitorDaily intake tracker
Daily tracking that stays readable.
Nourish Monitor helps people record meals, drinks and hydration in a clean timeline, then review the patterns that emerge across days and weeks.
Entries can include meal type, portion information, optional calories and personal notes. The app also keeps history and summary views close at hand so progress is easier to revisit without turning the experience into a dashboard overload.
